Aaron Gress is a climate and risk technology sales leader with extensive experience scaling early- and growth-stage companies across climate risk analytics, IoT, clean technology, energy resilience, and SaaS. Throughout his career, Aaron has built and led high-performing go-to-market teams, developed repeatable revenue strategies, and helped organizations translate complex risk data into clear business value and long-term resilience outcomes. He also brings experience spanning finance, impact investing, and international development, and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a BA in Economics from DePauw University, and a Sustainability and Climate Risk certificate from GARP.
